well i keep getting 999 problem

You need to add exceptions to Windows firewall (I just turn it off because imo it's garbage).

Make sure you don't have any other 3rd party firewalls running and if you do you need to add gunz.exe to the exception list.

Also try port forwarding your router to the ports you have Gunz using (check in options). Alternatively you can set your local IP to DMZ mode (opens all ports).

Sometimes i got this problem and i always turn off Wi-Fi in my iphone or any iphone in my house and then i just restart the router i think it works and if many people get network from your router... for sure you will be lagging.
