[Help - Account] Banned for?

I started play fgunz 2 weeks ago, because i came back from holiday. When i tryed to start my account. It said: "This user is banned". I don't get that. idk what i've done wrong and i donated on it. Its realy weird. Please help me out.

Yes ik, that was me i remember again. But i verry sure i changed now. I don't do that again. I"m now having more fun in the game. The thing is i donated 25 euros on it, and its pritty bad, when i lose it. Money doesn't grow on threes. I'm verry sorry and i will never do this again.
