I think if you're going to report him, I'd suggest you post a screen shot instead.. since a replay won't display ping properly..

And plus, there were many people in the room. Which means it might lag a lot more than usual. Also, I disconnect while watching it,
do you mind uploading another replay?

i dont have photo's as i forgot about it ... :\ u can ask Linear88 and also i have alot of people who saw him .. i will give u in the link following alot of video's . in some f them there is no lag and in some of htem there is UBER LAG and if u will watch goood u will see that he lags ONLY When he try to grab a flag or to run and score !

Possibly force lag but your replay is way too short to tell. Besides, he probably has internet connection issues.
