It is a very old bug/glitch that could be fixable I guess, not that I know how (and it's not through coding).
I know this bug/glitch for like 3 years now.. just kick the person who is glitching and report that person.

Don't do TDMs in Hall, that's it. Hall has no team spawn points, it's a map made for dueling.
