Try edit your mouse sensitivity in settings.
I have the same problem and nancy's solution didn't help ;o.

Run the launcher as an administrator and give admin rights to the .exe. Your computer may be well securized and may not allow the .exe to controle your in-game cursor. (when ya move to the left, the cursor goes back to the center of your screen but your character view rotates)

It seems that the game does not properly installed or designed to support mouse
after entering the play mode. Try a joystick and see whether it works if it I am sorry for you.
