Naming Policy?

Using swear words or other inappropriate language, remember we have young players on here too.
Racial and sexual abuse, slurs and inappropriate comments are strictly forbidden.
Flaming (messages that are deliberately hostile and insulting)

The character naming policy is mentioned, however I have never personally heard of it.
The fact is, we DO have young people in this server.
They shouldn't be subjected to constant cursing every time a person types, even if they themselves don't curse.


Either way, I logged in for 5 minutes today.
In this small amount of time, I came across 3 names which violate ALL of these rules.

Don't forget people with names like M*ocrostyle and C*untbag(remove the asterisks) - From Jaka

At the same time, ****YourDog claims that their name has been validated as allowed by almost every staff member up to Superwaffle, which I sincerely doubt.

If there is a naming policy, could someone just link me it?
I searched for about 10 minutes for it. A few months ago, these names would never have been allowed, that is all I know.

Hell, these names are even censored on the forums. Why aren't they in the game the forums are based on?

We dont have a naming policy.
People usualy dont make such characters or there arent any posts about the.
But realy, whats the problem at brainfücked? just because it contains fücked?

People are allowed to make any name they want to. I don't take any name into consideration for delete unless they are mocking another player or a GM. And even in that case I would still have to ask Dave what should be done about it.

And if you take into consideration that we don't censor any words in game other than server names, you would then realize that forums and very different than in game.

What's the problem with the name "Brain****ed"? If he got ****ed in his brain then he got ****ed in his brain. And if "****YourDog" gets jolly by ****ing peoples dog then thats just how it is, can't do anything about it.

Nothing can/will be done about this unless as I said, its mocking another player/GM which I would then call that a level of harassment.
