Type /mods to see the list of what you can use.
From there, just add the code in the room name.

For example, let's say you made a room called Deathmatch and you want infinite ammo, the code is [IA] so you name the room Deatchmatch [IA].

But really the code can be anywhere in what ever order, as long as its in room name.

follow these if you got confused by rocka :

1) create room
2) put in the mods you want into the room name. ( [IA], [R], [V] etc ( click chat and type this, /mods if you want more )
3) create the room
4) you will see room modifiers after you create the room if you follow step 1-3

In that thread you'll see which room tags you can use.
Just put the room tags in the title of the game room that you make.
It's as simple as that.
