when he starts fgunz he cant see the server.

it says here that your firewall or anti-virus software are blocking the incoming and outgoing traffic of Freestyle GunZ.
Add gunz.exe (inside your FGunZ folder) to the exception list of your firewall and anti-virus software and restart FGunZ.
