In the morning, just act all normal. Then surprise her.
Go to the first place where you guys met eachother. So she will notice that you remember the inportant things like that. (If it is too far away, then nevermind) Take her to a romantic place with beautiful lights/flowers. Where you guys can talk/eat with eachother. Or find a romantic restaurant with a beautiful view.
Celebrate it with eachother and your family/ friends, a surprise party. With a big ass cake with your guys picture on it and hold a nice sweet speech about her. She would get flattered by this.
Let her follow some signs(paper with text) and at the end. You are standing there with beautiful flowers and a nice present. (A ring/necklace or something)
Your friends/family can help you to distract her in the meanwhile while you are organizing this.
Just remind her that you don't want to lose her and that you love her every day more.
Or just go to mcdonalds, we all love food.
