It's not big underclocking but notice his pretty slow movements and weird aim, also on our second fight, he was shooting the wall, not me, and I died.

I actually don't know, because that is the ping he always had when we were fighting always together which he gets low and high often..
I just think its spiking imo, but I will let other GM's also decide.

I got a lot of replays of him, Underclocking in V6.8 but I don't think they matter. Also after I told him that he was UCing he left ( to disable it ) and joined again.

I know, that is why I let it over for the other GM's, because I am a bit used to his play style and can't really decide, if he does or not.

This is a huge spike. I remember back in the days that he never had this huge ass lagg/spike before.
He has a weird aim because of the lagg I think.
And it is also kinda suspicious that he immediately left the room after you saying 'I'm recording haha.' , I agree.

Yeah, that make me report him because he left and he used to uc in qg I got like 10 replays of him and also in V6.8 here, spiking and on lead server 3-4 shotting player with 100 ping.

But to be honest these 2 replays doesn't really proof that he is UC'ing, it is just a huge spike. I'd say, fix the huge spike before going in a room.

Because we were still friends but he is immature person which I hate because he used to stalk me everywhere and ego me and not only me but in training rooms everyone.
So I guess he needs to take a break.
