The texture is here. http://puu.sh/1cWjv. Probably will animated some of it tomorrow if I don't hit any bumps with a custom skeleton. =o

If you're using 3DS max, try welding your UVW map so that you don't have to make the edges as dark as they are now to make them look good.
Texture is pretty nice, but I find the edges to dark.

It was made in 3DS Max o.o, I just made them dark for my own style, I could of easily made the textures line up perfectly, but meh, that isn't how I designed my concept when I drew it ;o.

The same way any NPC works, you put them in a CQ, Quest, or Survival game and you fight it o.o.

There isn't really a reason not to weld your UV's, you can decrease file size or increase your texture quality, You can make anything on the corners with perfect flow in it, without struggling with edges.

I still have to disagree with you

This was necessary when I do not wish my edges to flow like that. To create the look of "clean cut" I separated the pieces adding lighter details to the edges of each section.
(The lightness of the edge does not appear well in the MAX renders due to lighting, but if you look in the first image (the GIF) you can see that none of the edges are purely black, but yet are lightened slightly)

Another reason I separated them as such is when dealing with larger texture sizes, especially in legacy gaming engines, digital bleeding is fairly common. 2,3, even 5 pixels will be rendered incorrectly at times, thus giving the model a little breathing room never hurts.

I used over 75% of the available texture space in the unwrap here, that isn't horrible in my opinion o.o.
