So here's the deal:
This already happened to many people not only me, and not only in cw, but in tdms aswell.
The bug is that sometimes you get enemy " -- " ping, probably cause NAT not working well or something, but the worst part is that he's able to kill everybody and we cant see him.
Hope you guys take action on this soon since its really annoying and there's some players who're abusing it, as well as others who get frustrated cause they cant play properly.

Everything is glitching/bugging wth. Anyways Kunal/Xanxus mentioned this in the staff section already. (ofcourse you didn't know.)
It'll probably get fixed asap.

I don't think this is a forced glitch.
But we were aware of it already.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

I'm 100% sure its not a force glitch since my teamate had it once and was some random glitch, hope that's useful data at least. Thanks for your time.
