[Help - Other] Controller (PS3)

So recently, I got tired of using a keyboard all time and bought myself a PS3 Controller. However, whenever I try to use the triangle, square, circle and X buttons, Freestyle GunZ closes. Perhaps it's the program that I'm using (Joy2Key)? If it is, what program do you recommend me to use?

Edit: I've also tried Xpadder, same thing happens.

Nvm, solved. Just can't use mouse buttons on the controller...
