Based off of his normal Bankai. Although his Hollow mask makes him stronger, he still couldn't completely control it. If you saw, he only had it on for about 6 seconds, before dispelling it. You must be watching the old episodes cause the episodes I watch he can have it on for more then 5 minutes. Also xDViet Ichigo defeated the hollow inside him so that means its really Ichigo's powers not the hollows any more.

No, it is more like 30 seconds. The makers extend that 30 seconds into 5 mins of irl time..
The powers ARE the hollows. He just controls the hollow.
