What I see is that you're too focused on the lines, How I always start is by making a skeleton ( just a stick figure ) then make a mannequin around it. now if it doesn't leak real enoug ALWAYS use references, I still use them everytime I draw something... it's nothing to be ashamed off all the proffesionals still use references.

so you can skip 2 years of biology classes in school if only you learn that link.
now second off is technique, the best way to draw is by making QUICK strokes that way you get alot of sensitivity on the tablet making smooth and fine lines.

Try to get your proportions straight, male legs and square arms and a thin belly with boobs that fits a 120kg lady...
