if im right u mean the blackout map from the legendary map pack(or was it heroic?)

to compile without light : go to build and press GzMAP: -nolight

to compile with light : be sure to have FSRad thats the ******enerator u need u can get it : here(megaupload link) and extract it to your gtkradiant installation folder

than u can do GzMAP: -fastlight (i dont recommend light cause it takes hours of compiling and doesn't look much better)
