Don't forget to check their specification.
Which one should I buy and why?

First one, better design.
Asus , i have Asus laptop and they work so fine and super HD.
I wouldn't recommend either. I will probably never go below 1920/1080 again on a monitor.
Seeing so little on my screen would annoy me.
Don't it always seem to go
That you don't know what you've got
Til its gone
They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot
Hey, now they paved paradise
To put up a parking lot.
Honestly, you won't see much difference between the two, just pick your gut reaction one or the cheaper one.
Her eyes,
They burned like wild fire,
She had came.
Came to take her desires,
By force,
Or...,
At least she's a damn good liar.Check out my poetry here!

After reviewing both of the monitors I decided not to spend my money for the one of them.
Since they are not Full HD, the changes won't be big because my current monitor is Philips 170S.
If I buy one of them the difference would be :
Resolution - 1366x768
Widescreen 16:9
Here's what I decided to buy the next month when I got the money :

It's worth it.
