Need some PayPal help.

So yeah, I'm from Bulgaria, some of you doesn't know that we are not allowed to use any kind of a credit cards for online shopping.
I'm wondering, is it possible to open a PayPal account without having a credit card. Because when I try to sell something or buy something online, most of times I need a credit card which I don't have.
So is it possible to open an account that people can send money on it and I could shop with those money online?
If so, how?

in your paypal account go to "profile" tab. there will be something like "add edit credit card" click on it. it takes you to a page and the bottom right hand corner theres another tab that says "add a card" (its a yellow tab, you cant miss it) and now enter your debit card info

So I need to make an account on PayPal, open a bank account, verify it somehow so I could use it.
If I sell something for money for example 10$ and that guy paid me, I want to use those money to shop with them.
Not sure if that is possible without using any credit/debit card.

You can use $ on your paypal account without it being verified
The only difference is that there's a spending limit

I know usually when two people are trading the one gives his bank account number.
If I register now using fake information, would I get such a number so I could use it for shopping?
