Also if you didn't you need to make launcher.exe an exception in firewall.

Then I have no clue, because when this normally happens, somethings blocking you from accessing it and the launcher to receive connection.

Your firewall/anti-virus is blocking it -or- you do not have the latest launcher.exe.

So you already downloaded the latest launcher and moved it to your FGunZ folder, right?
