Not necessarily, probably not. I wasn't the only one that updated the coins rewarded. So you can't just jump to conclusions. Also, I was referring to the 'Highest Ping' and 'Lowest Ping' record which I'm pretty sure that the coins rewarded from those records were zero (0).
