What needs balancing?

I think melee weapons should be balanced out, Especially with Daggers & swords,
There are only a few daggers out there..
I get the fact that there are a few dagger users out there but it wouldn't hurt to have more dagger options.

make a higher DMG Shotgun for lower-levels.
Make a smaller clip in UB3R med pack 35 total clip (UB3R & Extreme) is WAY too damn high.
Balance med packs in CW to 2x5 med packs MAX

meds are great but make them a lil less clips
and make the free low lvl sgs like 1-20 less dmg like 6 but with 850 delay and the lvl 50-99 with more delay and more dmg
