GFX: Photoshop CS6 - Looking for C&C

So, I'm trying to create a custom League of Legends skin concept for the Summoner Showcase for Lulu (Tiki Lulu) and this will be my first time using Photoshop to create a 3D model rendered down on a 2D canvas.
Just looking for some tips and what I could do to improve the eyes. (The hardest part of every drawing for me, otherwise I would have drawn more and asked later down the line) (:

I don't know anything about LoL. so I don't know if it's supposed to be this simple.
I can only judge by the looks of it right now unless someone proves me wrong.

I'm really, really, inexperienced with photoshop when it comes to hand-drawing and creating. I can only do edits for things like avatars and signatures (and lighting and smudging, etc, etc.) I took a brush and zoomed in and drew with a 1 px and it took about 45 minutes.

I don't have a tablet or a stylus, so round edges with a trackpad = gg

could you give me an example of what you're TRYING to make so I can C&C properly and maybe give you some advice on how to improve with technique.
