Consider that it got low quality'ed because of image sharing websites

It's horrible,
1. why? the background is not gonna work with stretching content.
2. those yellow stripes don't fit gunz at all.
3. http://puu.sh/2v5QW those lines don't fit
4. too much renders
5. the whole gunz feel is gone.

It's like creating a grunge website for a cooking website.
Design to create a feel of the certain subject.
This feels like some website of a company that creates and fixes streets.
