1st reinstall fgunz then try if it didnt download the new launcher http://fgunz.net/game5/gunz/updXate/Launcher.exe
then it must work and if it didnt check ur antivrus , windows firewall
Doesn't work as i told you , It has something to do with the razer gamebooster . I can properly run gunz without the booster but it gives me higher fps .

Could not start game [3] means you need latest version of launcher which you already have so I'm not sure.

Use a other booster,
Reinstall fgunz
Reinstall booster
or dont use a booster #Swag#yolo
