Gif's can be sigs too... Why is it ugly? Because it doesn't have some random girl in it you prob wish you could be with and some text that most people probably can't even read ? Thanks for your opinion though OP.

it's overall low quality, the concept behind it is fine but the execution is quite sloppy.
the reflection has been done with minor effort therefore absolutely killing this piece.
the stroke is jagged and crisp making it seem even more LQ.
since the stroke is done with a plain black color the color scheme is messed up too, even if you were going for an "extreme" look never use true blacks or whites as it will kill your piece.

The concept is alright, but it's just too extreme, and since you made it look 3D, the animated reflection should also have depth like the Text itself, which will be hard to do. Overall, I think you should have done the animation on some 2D text or keep it as it is, but remove the animated Reflections.
