i have problem with the x freestyle dll

hey,

I press start game then it downloading the x freestyle dll

then I get a error file like this

Error Messages : This file cannot be modified : ./[x]Freestyle.dll
[Tip] Please check for the file authorization.

I have mcafee as virus scan

I have re-downloaded it already
and donwloaded the mircosoft thing and the other somthing like unlocker
please help me

I downloaded the exe now and i get this in the donwload
