Swaping CLAN WARS WINS -DarkHalk101

In-Game Name of the user that is being reported: DarkHalk101

Reason for Reporting: He has been paying people money to get clan wars wins.. I tried to stop him many times but he thinks that i dont have proof. I gave him an extra chance to stop but he just wont listen. SO finally i decided to report. I also told the leader of clan Divine - "YouPro" that he was doing such things and even YouPro knew it but he simply ignored probably they were in it togethere. [I have no proof of YouPro's envolvement]
I got to know all this when YouPro invited me to divine but i left within 15mins as i came to know DarkHalk101 was getting illegitmate wins.

e.g. Names of the clans that were involved.

There is no firm evidence of them actually part-taking in such activities or evidence of the actual people admitting that they did in fact pay other players for clan wins.

There are screenshots that merely have someone saying "Oh well this person said he'll give me 100 coins for 30 wins" but there's no evidence of the person actually saying that.
