Basically every single clan member of this GoogleChrom clan shotbots. This guy is hard to get clear evidence on because he lags terribly. When he was on the hotshots he was only firing one shot at a time and when he was firing other guns it seemed abnormal. Hard to tell because of his lag.

I would say no to this one.
You can see him moving his gun around over people and he's not shooting. (Also very hard to tell because of his insane lagg.)
