i was download somthing in torrent i know that this is no excuse so how long should i wait untill my account will connect again ?

If you spike, and people tell you to fix. And you won't, it is banable.
Make an unban appeal, with the right format.

In the unban appeal you make, attach some sort of proof (recording) of you fighting in-game and others not spiking/lagging to you.

i open Team Viewer, skype with my cousin, facebook, freestylersworld.com, fgunz.net, utorrent (downloading torrents),

and my PING still 20 - 40

Wow, I use ''Utorrent'' as a previous post stated the ''U'' in that is actually a symbol for Micro so its microTorrent but I run it and Skype and I don't lag :s
