And he's dis-approving snipers and saying to me( so probably more sniper users to quit) So bassicly what he's saying is Quit/go other server. So this can also count as advertism?

Saying "You suck" genuinely is not worth anything, as in the real world going up to someone and telling them that they suck wouldn't be an actual offence.

If you do feel extremely offended by the fact that some random person (who doesn't actually know you) has just told you that you suck, then I apologise on their behalf.
