[Help - Runnable] FPS Problems

I'm still having really bad FPS problems.
I've downloaded the latest driver for my graphics card, it worked fine for that day, the next day, it starts acting up again.
I have a Nvidia GFORCE GTX 550 TI
I am running no other programs, i've tried tuning up my computer.
I'm just running out of options, I really like this game, and I want to continue playing it, but it is near impossible with this FPS issue.
I've made this thread several times, and hopefully now someone will come to my rescue.

TopGladiator, If Game-Booster will not fix the issue;
Close any useless program running.
Also, I don't suggest you to do this but, Some updates of drivers, Can slow SOME games, You can roll back with a previous driver and test it out, If you still lag, Go again with the latest updated driver.
Also, It can cause that you think you have the latest updated driver; Make sure your driver is the latest one.

This doesn't work for 80% of the players on FGunZ.

OT: Delete unneeded programs, check for viruses.
