Staff in the end did not think, or not wasn't convinced enough to straight up ban Merciless. Dave wanted to make sure it was the right decision and checked his pc. couldn't find anything. I personally am not convinced Merciless is a SBer either. I have played him in cw, checked 1 replay or so and never noticed anything.

i once reported this kid who got banned and everyone knew this guy was unlegit so he got banned pretty fast but he got unbanned cuz when he posted his unban appeal acting like he never played unlegit he got unbanned cause the replay link on the report thread was expired
