Add the FGunZ Launcher to the exception list of your anti-virus software and firewall.

Then download the latest launcher here: http://cdn.fgunz.net/game5/gunz/updXate/Launcher.exe and move it to your FGunZ folder.

Nothing to do with firewall. When i open the laucher says: Launcher was renamed. Please rename "launcher.exe" back to "Launcher.exe".
The name of the file is Launcher.exe and i don't know what is it.

Your anti-virus is most likely causing it. And it's always a good idea to add it to your anti-virus and firewall to prevent future issues.

Are you using BitDefender? Then IT IS your anti-virus which is causing it.

Disabling it is not enough, you must add an exception for it.
