After I watched the record several times.
I see his movements (unlegit).
Especially when he's fighting against you (record number 2) when you "tk" him LOL.
Ban should be given.

The reason I tk'd him is because I knew he would actually start moving instead of just walking, and I didn't finish him off for the exact same reason.
