There is no such thing as making a "right" signature. Obviously everyone has different tastes and their own design. You can't judge based on anything but what you assume the creator had intended. That being said, this is something I would expect to see on the website made by a 4th grader. I would suggest reading tutorials only to learn how to use commands. A signature should be unique and specific to one person (hence the name signature), so work on learning some effects to better create what you envision.
