another thing is that the render aspect ratio seems messed up aswell, keep same ratio when resizing the render

Lower right corner, random C4D messes with the flow and dynamics of the tag which kills it, similar to the right upper corner effects on the hand.
the tag is overall very low quality, you could've used a highpass filter to atleast bring out the blacks and contrast a little bit more so it looks better.

the color scheme is very monotone and low saturated, to me that's the most horrible thing you can do, colors are really important.
I suggest you'd look up some basic tutorials at www.conceptart.org or www.gfxvoid.com about color schemes and flow, you seem to know understand the other basics so I won't refer to that.

Compared to the original that I hope you didn't rip off, you have to make yours more vivid instead of just making it blurred and more monotone, and make your "effects" stand out more, yet not so much. There is nothing much i can say, and there is nothing much you can really do anyways... Well besides changing the colour and adding lines and little shapes, which you already did...

Yeah. It seems like you made it lower quality, more messy/cluttered, and removed a solid focal. I would start this one over from scratch and try to continue forward on the basis of maintaining quality while adding effects.
