Spike with little to no ping change

as the title states hes spiking with little to no ping change. i really see not logical explanation for this and a few of his shots are wack as fck. he says that he is Cobras friend so to prevent a bias decision i request that Cobra does not post here.

I don't even know him, even if I was his friend I still would take action if my "friend" was force spiking.

Anyway, I watched both of you playing, you was not spiking at all, but Flash was.
As you stated, there's no such ping difference, but his spike was all about when he was in action (fighting).
