Regarding one of the rules, I think the community should know who makes what, pride can be on the line.

1. Do we post the Signatures HERE or through PM?
2.PSD means what exactly.
3. By 1v1 do you mean you're going to make a chart with the people who want to participate, and have the two each make a signature and whichever one receives most votes wins?

You can know who makes what after the winner is decided imo, but only after. People love to ruin contests of skill by making them popularity contests.
