best league characters?

I'm looking for characters like blitzcrank. well, not necessarily like him.. I usually play with my friend who plays Nidalee or whatever, the spear girl. High dps. Me as Blitz teamed with her is insane. So basically a champion that can either draw in or slow enemies (preferably with decent dps too) would be good teamed with my friend

Oh i just read one of your post on here again. You wanted someone who can pull in and have good dps. Buy Thresh. He's similar to Blitz but doesn't pull right to him. He can also be built like an adc so he'll have the dps you're looking for
