Me and Ommadawn spoke about this report.

BabyPoo - Although it seems like the user was kind of underclock and forcelagging at the same time, we can't be sure about it if the user was underclocking or just constantly forcelagging. So we decided to give him a warning, although we will monitor the user.
Impatience - Floaty moments including slow movements and minor spiking at the same time. Therefore we decided to give him a ban.
