    I feel like a fkin idiot,
    Go to your Freestyle Gunz Client folder.

    1. Go to start
    2. open run
    3. Type this in C:\Program Files\Freestyle GunZ Version 7
    4. Right click Config.XML, open with notepad.

    It should look like this.
    <?xml version="1.0"?>
    <XML>
    <SERVER>
    <IP>0,0,0,0</IP>
    <PORT>6000</PORT>
    </SERVER>

    <SKIN>Default</SKIN>

    <VIDEO>
    <WIDTH>800</WIDTH>
    <HEIGHT>600</HEIGHT>
    <COLORBITS>16</COLORBITS>
    <GAMMA>255</GAMMA>
    <FULLSCREEN>TRUE</FULLSCREEN>
    <REFLECTION>true</REFLECTION>
    <LIGHTMAP>false</LIGHTMAP>
    <DYNAMICLIGHT>false</DYNAMICLIGHT>
    <SHADER>false</SHADER>
    <CHARACTORTEXTURELEVEL>2</CHARACTORTEXTURELEVEL>
    <MAPTEXTURELEVEL>2</MAPTEXTURELEVEL>
    <EFFECTLEVEL>2</EFFECTLEVEL>
    <TEXTUREFORMAT>0</TEXTUREFORMAT>
    <MOVINGPICTURERESOLUTION>0</MOVINGPICTURERESOLUTION>
    <MOVINGPICTUREFILSIZE>0</MOVINGPICTUREFILSIZE>
    <NHARDWARETNL>false</NHARDWARETNL>
    <ARCHETYPE>true</ARCHETYPE>
    </VIDEO>

    etc

    Okay Change Width to 400 and Height to 300 for 400x300 resolution.

    Then change this
    <CHARACTORTEXTURELEVEL>2</CHARACTORTEXTURELEVEL>
    <MAPTEXTURELEVEL>2</MAPTEXTURELEVEL>
    <EFFECTLEVEL>2</EFFECTLEVEL>
    <TEXTUREFORMAT>0</TEXTUREFORMAT>

    To this
    <CHARACTORTEXTURELEVEL>0</CHARACTORTEXTURELEVEL>
    <MAPTEXTURELEVEL>8</MAPTEXTURELEVEL>
    <EFFECTLEVEL>0</EFFECTLEVEL>
    <TEXTUREFORMAT>2</TEXTUREFORMAT>

    That is the original Archetype settings, its the Highest FPS version.

    Okay to lower desktop resolution,

    1. Right click the desktop
    2. Properties
    3. Settings
    4. Set to lowest Runnable Resolution.
    5. Let me know when you have done these things
