    Both crosshair.png and crosshair_pick.png just in case.

    Invisible crosshairs will improve your aim.
    If you have Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 ignore the black thumbnail, in-game the crosshair is invisible.

    So once my aim feels improved I switch back to my old xhairs? Or do I just stay on invisible xhairs forever
