Reason for Reporting: Edits his weapons, 2 hits kill in cw ? ( I checked if it was possible, it's impossible especially when it was abit far, he's unlegit.) He might be ucing/ocing not sure.

He had the same weapons, you can kill a person with 2 hits when you have limitbreaker, and the user isn't ucing/ocing.
