Like 1 out of 3 rounds at the beginning of the round, there should be some command toggled that would make your crosshair red for like 0,25 seconds and if you shoot within that timelapse you would get kicked automatically..

I have no clue if that could be coded, but if that is possible it could be an effictive way to get rid of shotbotters I think..

Wouldn't it be good if there was 5 second immunity ? Like the bullets won't go through until 5 seconds have passed in the match. So it'll somehow be consider fixed '-' if you get what i mean.

I got a good idea for that, in the beginning of random rounds of every game, there must be a system that would make your crosshair red and anyone that fires within 0,25 seconds of that happening automatically gets kicked from the game. (when you spawn there is no reason to already fire your gun)
They could expand that with some message will go to the staff which players have been kicked for that reason so they can spectate the players and give them a ban..

Just my idea of how we could get rid of shot botters..

Couldn't you turn on crosshair_pick and just ban the shotbotters straight away?

It's better to prevent it instead of spending time into investigating and spectating.

So you are not going to add crosshair_pick back before you have found a solution to prevent shotbot?

i would like to see the _pick back aswell.. but yeh a game without SB's is better tho.
also i think banning the SBs when they are spotted will help aswell.
but a SBer will find a way not to be spotted or get a proxy/VPN to get back his access to the server
so i gotta go with Dave, dont bring it back before a solution is found.
