Hello i just formatted my comp and download freestyle gunz and i have directx 9 end user but when i try to start the game it says fail to initialize directx so if there`s any solutions for this error please reply immediately im really so excited to play in my new windows.. thanks.

Open the config.xml file (located in your FGunZ Folder) with notepad and change the following:
<WIDTH>XXXX</WIDTH>
<HEIGHT>XXXX</HEIGHT>
To:
<WIDTH>800</WIDTH>
<HEIGHT>600</HEIGHT>

Now save the file and restart GunZ.

Just delete all the files of FgunZ thats basically same thing and then go on site and re-download it

Did you install directx9c and the vc redistributable for your bit platform?

Delete the config.xml and launch gunz your welcome
dont listen to themz i've had that problem

or it says config
