You need to work on the basics big time. Lighting, color matching, and overall composition are all way off. No offense, but people are only rating it high because they don't want to be "mean" and give credit to people for how a stock + render look when the sig-maker had nothing to do with those elements.

At least you added some effects to it, so major props for that. Try to keep the focus of the sig a little more in alignment with the rule of thirds or somewhere that will facilitate drawing attention. Look up some tutorials on blending and that will already lead to a massive improvement of the smoothness of the sig.
