I couldn't see my chatbox when muted, are you muted by anychance?

Try clearing your internet cookies etc...

i usse google chrome, were u muted in-game or forum mute? O.o i cleared my cahce +5 times already

Mozilla also does not show chatbox.

nope, nothing isnt repairing, the thing is i ussually see many many many comands in forums ( true/false). I see many many buged posts, and very bugged profiles

Mhm strange, even with 3 different browsers still no luck.

If I was home id use Teamviewer and see what I could presuming you've got teamviewer that is.

Possibly Dave can have a look for you via that.
