Yeah i do to, i also have problems with start up but thats because of something i done to my PC, no idea what but it dont start, so i run it in Windows 7 Compatability mode even though im running Windows 7 and it works. Just give it a go and let us know.

Did you try redownloading the files? (gunz,gunz64,system & model) & removing config.xml from the client folder?

Are you sure you re-downloaded the files? Just to make sure re-download system.fgz again because it might be because it's invalid.

Sorry I couldn't help much more here, I tried a couple things on Skype but nothing seemed to work.
