I have the rest of the 1v1 if needed; though after I called him out he for the most part stopped using it as much. In the beginning rounds though it is very obvious(esp at the very start of the first few rounds 1 & 3 I believe it was). I ended the recording after the 1st round because just that round alone was damning enough. He never lost any hp from any shot until he ran behind the truck. It's not a ping issue either, and I will include screenshots to show his ping is stable and not spiking, nor AE'ing randomly (going -- during the match)

Yesterday there has been some kind of lag on the server. Sometimes people did not get any damage (more like whenever you shoot fast, damage does not get dealt). In round 8, second replay, there was a shot where '^7Prestige^G' clearly shot you and your HP was the same. After couple of rounds, he was getting full damage (whenever you hit '^7Prestige^G' he was getting damage). I honestly don't know if '^7Prestige^G' was HP locking or not, due to the fact that people yesterday (some of them) were not getting damaged by several users.

Will come up with a decision in 24 hours. Closed until further notice.

Declined, '^7Prestige^G' was in an event with us, and sometimes he did not get damage by some people, although his HP was decreasing since there was [VAMP] mode, so I guess '^7Prestige^G' isn't HP locking.

Fixing his issue now.
