Na, i've just watched the replays myself, as i said, ill admit, a couple times in there it did look like a HP lock where it didnt move when he shot, but i think it was random lag, as i got it a few days ago and its never happened before. So you can belive what you want, my ping is fine, i must have had a random lag, my internet recently went down for about 2 hours and it came back up like 5 mins before i had the 1v1 with him, so i dont know tbh.
On another note, I've put way too much time, effort and money into this account, im not stupid enough to go around "HP Locking" especially in a 1v1 when i know everyone records them, and the score was dead tied, this was definitely random lag, i wouldn't put myself in this position if i knew i could lose my account, no way.

Also, kira just told me that there is a glitch where some shots dont register, i dont know whether this could be one of this problems...
